174: The releasing control experiment for September
Sep 07, 2022

Hi Soothers! Ready to try a fun experiment: A release control rest of September? In this episode I talk about what it tangibly looks like to release control, how you can begin to do it, and a few tactical ways to begin experimenting releasing control in one or more areas of your life this month. Highly sensitive women can really struggle with needing to be in control/do all the things out of a sense of something that's so critical to us: Feeling safe. But doing all the things and controlling all the people has such negative effects, it leaves us resentful, burnt out, and can harm our relationships. What if it could look a little different, a little more flow-y, a little easier? Let's try it out together this month.

Just think of it as a fun experiment. Let's go release control!

Join the Soothe September Workshop Series! Each Sunday I'm hosting a workshop for just $25. We'll get unstuck in the first; heal the inner critic in the second; and release shame and guilt in the third. Buy tix to one or all three workshops here: https://www.eventbrite.com/cc/soothe-september-workshop-series-1065359

Ready to go deeper into your growth, self-discovery, and healing journey? The waitlist for Soothe, my mastermind for highly sensitive women ready to live unapologetically, is now open in my bio. We open for enrollment this fall; get on the waitlist to get $2500 off the enrollment, and read more about Soothe at catherinedandrews.com/soothe

I'm hosting a New Year's retreat in Western Maryland! Two days and nights of goal-setting, nature, community, magic and more. Find out more here: https://catherinedandrews.com/new-years-retreat
