This time we’re talking with Clare, one of the Mental Health and Wellbeing team at ICMP, the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance in London.

We’ll hear how and Clare and her team help some young people with being away from home for the first time in their lives, how they help them handle being in an environment of musical excellence and the pressure of taking the first steps in an ever-changing business which had to rebuild after the Covid pandemic.
