Speaker 1:

From real estate to real life and everything in between, the Brad Wiseman Show and now your host, brad Wiseman. There you have it, thank you, jason. Wow, I just love that intro. He does such a good job with that. We are back in the studio here and I'm really excited. I've been talking to this guy for a long time saying, look, you got to come to the studio, got to come to the studio. We were trying to think of a topic and now we have an amazing topic. We have a really good topic. It's going to be all around AI. So I brought Said Zamanee. Here is in the studio with me. He's from Keller Williams, devon Wayne in Wayne Pennsylvania. Yep, right, correct, right outside, he just agrees with me. I love that. If you could just keep agreeing with me, that would be awesome, that's really good. And you're a realtor? Absolutely, you're a market center tech trainer. And what was the other thing you said KW Labs advisors. Kw Labs advisors. You got all kinds of hats. Did you bring all the hats?

Speaker 2:

You know, I tried to do my best to wear all three hats at the same time. Yeah, you don't want to have three faces sitting in front of you.

Speaker 1:

No, that'd be a little weird, it'd be a little Plus, it doesn't fit in the studio that well. So, no, I brought you in because you are going around the area, the region for Keller Williams, and you are training on how to use AI Correct In the real estate space, correct, correct. So let's talk about what that looks like. I mean, there are so many conversations about AI. There's a lot of fear. Now I'm going to talk about this as a whole. I'm not just talking about real estate as a whole. There's a lot of fear involved. There's a lot of misconceptions. There's a lot of things that are out there. Tell me what you think about AI as a whole.

Speaker 2:

So I always like you know the fear that you're speaking to as a source, consumer or in real estate world. It's there because it's something new.

Speaker 1:

Right.

Speaker 2:

Create that, you know, like the new thing anxiety, I think. Efficiency, yeah, I think value, I think elevating, I think like simplification. There's also a different time. We're all human, yeah exactly. Human. You can also think of the other way, but we chose based on our leadership and the way we look at things to this can be good, absolutely so. That's what we look at. You know, it's simplification, elevating, empowering people to use it to the best of their knowledge, and if it may not be the thing you're looking at, then you don't have to look at it, it's a tool.

Speaker 1:

It's a tool, it's a tool. You know it's funny. Hugo Craig Stonehall said about the same kind of thing. He said he's a tech guy, so that's his business, his technology IT company. And he said the same thing you can't look at all the doom and gloom, you can't. It's like anything new that comes out. You know, when the car came out, people were afraid of what was going to happen to horses. Well, we still have horses. So you feel let's use this to our advantage. You know what it is Efficiency and doing things, doing things better than what we were doing before.

Speaker 2:

And you know what it is. You're so right on that, because one of the things that is it can be like helpful is don't just look at it one way, especially our market center, you know, we talk about thriving together and as far as models and systems, I'm like okay, how can I take this thing here, use it for myself? And now what I do because I love about sharing, giving and bringing value to our agents and the consumer and my sellers and buyers is how can I make it simple? You know, and I always say chat, gpt is just not listening. Description yeah.

Speaker 1:

So much more Right, and it's a. So tell me what's the primary thing that you are training agents about? With the chat, gpt or with the AI stuff? That's such a good question.

Speaker 2:

It can be a half an hour question on that. You know how to speak to it.

Speaker 1:

How to speak to it, how to put in what you need to put in in order to get out something that's useful.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, Right, Exactly. And then you know one of the things that a lot of people do. You know, let's say, you're in a single agent as far as a solo agent. We call them, and you know that's what I am. There you go, and myself too here, and you know how about if I don't have a listing right now? Or how about if I sit down there and I am making phone calls and I need chat? Gpt self can it help me? And that's how you start, because I was typing in. I'm like I have always been, you know, 18 years in community marketing and always come up like Guru, like technology, and just moving forward, is what if I did this, what if I did that? And he started respond. And obviously it's artificial intelligence, it's built on LLM, and so I'm like all right, how about if you could make a checklist how to live a better life?

Speaker 1:

Oh, interesting have a better day.

Speaker 2:

I'm waking up at 4am. What? How can I master my day between four to eight? Tell me more. And he started talk back.

Speaker 1:

Now this is you're all typing in. You're not actually speaking to this thing. No, you can't be at all in there's extension.

Speaker 2:

But to keep it simple, here's here's one of the like. You know easy ways to do it. I'm a solo agent. Mm-hmm, I want to provide value to new home buyers. Yeah, give me a list of top 10 things and the buyer looking to buy a home under 20, like you know, when they are 25, or first home or doesn't have a lot of savings, and then create a checklist and you can go deep, deep, deep. Wow, it's cool, you're sculpting your message on.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, so it's gathering all that information from off of the internet, from google, from all these places, and it's putting it together into something that you can then understand and make that checklist of 20 different points.

Speaker 2:

Absolutely, and you know it goes back to. Also, it's very important to know the company that came out with chat Gbt's open ai Based out of San Francisco. Wasn't that um who started that? Technically it was, but you know there was. You know not to go too far in the history, elon musk was involved.

Speaker 1:

That's what I thought. Yeah, and it was a nonprofit.

Speaker 2:

Well, one of the things that is very important to know there were some times that, due to ethical standards and privacy, they actually got off or turned off the access for chat gbt searching online. They brought it back and now there is, like you know, different extension on google chrome. I'm sure safari has it to, and many is that the one?

Speaker 1:

it's barred, whatever it's called or something? What's the thing that's barred, or something like that's barred is from google. That's from google, yeah, that's what's ai?

Speaker 2:

and then you have claud ai. That is by a different company. So as time went on and I was intrigued, I'm like you know what? I'm going to take this my main thing and share the message with fellow human beings, whether they are real or not, and take that feedback similar to what chat gbt does. Yeah, put in chat gbt, make myself better so I can make other people better. Yeah and you know I I also train myself on claud ai. Claud ai was before chat gbt came and what is claud ai. Claud ai is a different ai.

Speaker 1:

Is what makes them different, what sets them apart from each other, for in like just different companies that are doing it.

Speaker 2:

Is a different company, so the language. You know how html started the website Yep and done java script came in Different language Gotcha. So ai, not to go too far into it, has, like you know, llm. Everything is based on the same language, gotcha, what you do with that language and what you tell it to do, how to do it, work to do it and what service to do it. That differs them. For example and antrop, I think, is a company that owns claud allowed people for free. Upload a file, for example, let's say, a contract. Again, I'm not talking about legal. Yeah, upload an agreement of sale. Now that I don't know. Tell me all the important days and tell me which roads are on. I started I'm like, oh, it really does that. Well, let me, let me reverse it. Write me a letter, like you know, the special date letter, important dates letter for buyer and seller, with the data you see in agreement of. So my gosh. And then put that in email. Yeah, create a checklist, put an email. That's like having a transaction coordinator. Then that's it. Yeah, that's what I say. You know what? I also Very careful. Yeah, I don't think AI is gonna take people out of their job.

Speaker 1:

That's the next question there are, there are you know what it is, hugo, look out, I'm looking for an AI film guy or producer. I mean knowing, knowing him. There's no replacing there's no mastercard for this price list right.

Speaker 2:

So one other thing that I start to see with going, I'm like efficiency. If you want to be efficient, what could you do? An extra 10 minutes a day for 365 days? What would you do with that 10 minutes? Yeah, now make that 20 minutes, make a half an hour, make that an hour. Suddenly, your war. You like imagine if I get like, if I give you 300 hours a year to do whatever you want, what would you do with that time?

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it's a lot.

Speaker 2:

No, the only thing we all cannot get back, it's time, it's time.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, exactly.

Speaker 2:

That's so it's.

Speaker 1:

So if you look at it that way, the chat, gpt stuff is all the it's right now. The positive is that it's giving us more time you know, Efficiency and and you know, and I told you before we started recording that I use it for the show. I mean, I use it for every single show we do it writes the actual you know, I'm not afraid to say it or embarrass to say, but it writes the paragraphs that I have for each show and that isn't actually. That's a different one, because it actually listens to the show and you would be blown away now that you know about it. When you go back and read some of these, you'll be like it's, it's amazing. I'm like, oh wow, I sound now sometimes it sounds more intelligent than I am, so I have to add some dumb words in there. If the words are too big, then I have to like dumb it down.

Speaker 2:

You know it's funny to say that, because I always say AI is not going to take the real estate agent out.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I use by real estate agent. It's going to help them to take more market share.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, absolutely.

Speaker 2:

What? Do you want? It or not? It's coming. Yeah, similar to Cell phones. When they came out Absolutely you know, you just wanted that rotary phone, but now you're using a full. You actually say you know what I want? To phone with a keyboard. Yeah, I'm not gonna have a touchscreen. Guess what you?

Speaker 1:

have now. Yeah, that's great. Yeah, you know as much as you want to fight it or something. If you want you, you're not. You got to go with it and not everything takes off. I mean, you remember the palm pilots for the big thing? Oh, I had one, I was remember. You go to remember those palm pilots? Oh, yeah, it's how to palm pile at one point, and that was the thing, man, with the little pencil thing you had and you would, you know, that lasted a little bit. But then what happened is the phone and the palm pilot merged you know what became one.

Speaker 2:

You know it's funny to say that because that's going to happen again in the soon. You remember a company called red box red.

Speaker 1:

But yeah, you could, you could add by the movies.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, there's no late fees, because I remember when I was much younger. We're date the grocery stores at the big red thing. Yeah, yeah, so I think they eventually got bought up by somebody else. But because you have to think about efficiency, I go back to efficiency as saving time, saving, you know, saving time is money.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, saving is not always money.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah. So you know it helps real estate agents, since I'm a realtor, to offer value at a higher level at a faster pace. Yeah, because you save time. Yeah now, I always go to this too. English is not my first language.

Speaker 1:

Mm-hmm.

Speaker 2:

You do a giant. We do a really good job. Well, thank you.

Speaker 1:

It's not his first language either, and Hugo?

Speaker 2:

does an amazing job. Hugo is natural I need help.

Speaker 1:

We have every like the last couple shows we've done, we've had and we have all the countries like represented. You know, like yesterday we were recording a show and it was the guys from England, wow, you know. So it's just funny. We have all this representation, which is kind of cool, and then you are from I was born in Iran.

Speaker 2:

I grow okay.

Speaker 1:

I grew up for a couple of years in for you commuting back and forth from KW to Iran, it's a long commute. I heard her it's a really long move to Sweden 80s and Sweden.

Speaker 2:

Yes, we didn't. I speak fluent Swedish. Are you kidding me? Yeah, it's, and then from two three languages you speak well, far see Swedish English. German is frozen right now because I lived in Germany before I moved back to United. Oh, okay for about a year. That's what I thought, because I came here and I'm like you know what I need to go back to Europe. Yeah, culture shock, yeah I think it's new and the best decision was to come in, to come back within 12 months, because there were the regulation back then. Yeah, I'm back and Well, we're glad you came back.

Speaker 1:

Thank you, yeah, we're very glad you came back 23 years later. What? How many years 23 years ago? Wow, it's amazing. Well, you speak very good English, so so what else you have in your notes there? Because mine went off the screen, so you're gonna have to benefit for a tell me benefit for consumers.

Speaker 2:

So it's one of the things that, as a consumer, we can go. Um, now again, it's not. Doing things faster doesn't mean everything is always right for everybody, correct Now, how do quality quality over quantity? How about a quality over quantity? How about if there was more searches being done in one place and give you more option to select? For example, imagine Expedia 10 fold, imagine Google price check 10 fold faster. Now, another thing, too, is imagine if there was AI one day, where you could take pictures or view the camera in front of the products at Walmart and it gives you all the different things that you need to know about it. The recipes that's coming quick.

Speaker 1:

That's got to be almost here with us for consumer.

Speaker 2:

But going to real estate, imagine if you could go to website which are friends at Zillow and Redfin realcom All great companies they are going to the probably using it, such as this yeah, home evaluations soon can be done, not only because of the public record.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

But AI can view the pictures inside a home. Yeah, assess if that's a new kitchen or older kitchen. If the page from Sherman Williams or like in a different area it's going to happen.

Speaker 1:

Well, the thing is we're growing, If you think about as a whole, as a real estate community. We're growing a database for everybody, because what you know and you hear about this from from sellers why is Zillow still showing me the old pictures that I had from four years ago and we're like we don't have control over that? You know that's not, it's, that's out of our control. Now, when we re-listed and put new photos in, they should be the ones that you see next. But you can still go back Exactly Most times and look at this. So if the AI can look at those pictures and keep that as a database, it knows the condition of that home. It knows. Then at that point was the kitchen updated Exactly and you know it. Just. These are the things. We normally are, the ones that only ones that know that we go in and go.

Speaker 2:

Well, we know that if you have a new kitchen, you know the computers can do that, but now it's going to start doing it Exactly, and one of the things that AI can help consumer is do you have a realtor that utilizes, understand AI that can help you with your home search?

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Or when you're trying to sell how to prepare better Not that they don't, but you know these are some of the benefits. How about if I was a brand new father and instead of searching online, I could use the AI tool, and you know you feed it some information. It can help you do the search for you and then elevate you by giving you time to research. Look on links. So efficiency time Now again.

Speaker 1:

Once again, it reduces. If the buyers, if they're using AI and the buyers have that ability to use that, the AI will eventually be able to tell. We'll be able to. If you say, look, I don't like, I don't feel like painting, I don't like any houses with green in them. It just that stupid kind of a comment. You could put that in there and it could, and it's going to know, okay, this, these houses have green, so you might not like them.

Speaker 2:

I mean, here's the nothing. Here are the shades that you can have it painted from the store that is close to it and this is the cost. And then you can search online saying you know, if you do the green and update the kitchen, this is a value in five years. It's unbelievable. That's the artificial intelligence. You may not see the logo AI on it.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, but that's what it is. Yeah, that's what it is, Absolutely Well, it's been doing that for a while. Every time you go to like, when I search for a car on Google, right, and then the next thing you know I'm on Facebook and then there's the ad for a car that I was looking at on Google. You know, that's, it's all. It's all on purpose?

Speaker 2:

Yep, and you know, open AI, the company that is behind chat GPT again that, not that. There is about 25 to 30,000 different type of AI. The backbone of a lot of AI products is the same Judge GPT cornered that early and they came out. Did you know? For example, this month is a what? A year ago they released the word about the chat GPT. It's only been one year. One year, thousands of millionaires created by it. Efficiency in one year. You know. Thousands, or multiple thousands of tools in one year. Efficiency again, yep. And what are they going to start charging?

Speaker 1:

for? Well, here's an idea thing. You know what I mean, cause right now you can go to chat GPT and it's free, you can only charge for a chat.

Speaker 2:

Gpt, believe it or not, charges companies, certain companies, and it goes by the work, Um, and the cost. I'm not sure.

Speaker 1:

But it's so minimal yeah.

Speaker 2:

That is millions of search to be done. You're right, If the cost goes up but it's going to change.

Speaker 1:

right now, my, my, what I do is free. What I'm doing for stuff is free. What I do for my podcast is not free. They charge me for that.

Speaker 2:

But here's the nice thing too by you doing it, but what I do when I type it in, but what I share, all that gets fed into the engine of AI. Yeah, who gets that? Those are the companies. You're helping other people better. And then I leave you with this, though yeah, I recently open AI, came up with GPT's Like a mini extensions. Oh wow, now there is. I'm not sure if it's out there now.

Speaker 1:

What are the extensions? What are that? What do you mean? Like a real estate extension? You is, it, is it. Is it specified towards a different industry or something like that? You can create.

Speaker 2:

You can customize and customize. Okay, customize it. There's a basic one and that's for a whole another scenario, but you're talking about efficiency for agents. Now Imagine you, as an agent, had your own GPT and you decided this is the, this is my business plan for real estate and consumer right. Differentiate yourself, elevate yourself, become more efficient. Yeah, and helping, like you know, consumers. And you can actually then upload it, when they allow it, to the open AI extension and if they approve it Now.

Speaker 1:

It becomes its its own Thing. Yeah and so people could go to the Brad Weissman to get information that they want, because I fed that with. Yeah, it has to go through approval, sure, sure, but I get what you're saying.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, so think about how much more people can help other people. Yeah not here. Yeah think about people that want to learn a different language. Think about the people that are looking to buy homes, but you know they really and Never assume other people know or can and will yeah, yeah, that's true. That's what it is, that that's it in. You know, in a nutshell, yeah, in a nutshell.

Speaker 1:

So tell me real quick, before we have to end the show what? Where do you see? Do you see real estate really grabbing onto this over the next three months? Six months a year Is it going to be like? And next year we're gonna be having a conversation that's completely different than anything we could have even thought about with this.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, real estate if I, if I, you know I would I would be probably playing a lot of lottery If I knew what the future holds.

Speaker 1:

But based on the knowledge. We do have a. We do have a red eat ball.

Speaker 2:

Oh, if you want to ask this is food.

Speaker 1:

This is a good one. Let's do, it's almost always right, almost always right right you go, it's remember the day you thought you're gonna have your baby and I said is it? And it said hell no so that was it.

Speaker 2:

Well, you know what. You should put that down because I'm not gonna ask a question to the show. He's over. Yeah, I don't want to be by my office, then I get some question. But you know, here's what I have to. I tell you a full, transparent life story in a in, actually in February, when I people talk talked about a chat GPT, and they went a couple of weeks and it was cold and we were coming back from my KW family reunion, anaheim, mm-hmm. I came back, I saw a lot of things and, being part of KW lab advisors, I know things that, due to NDA, we cannot disclose. But I'm like how can I make myself better Mm-hmm understanding and like AI? Yeah, as a tech leader being part of our Devon Wayne leadership, I need to make sure my leaderships are more efficient. Mm-hmm and it's simplified things for them because, again, time is money. My leader may not have time, so let me simplify it. So I started an hour a day. Yeah in an hour day now. April, I got better in About May. I know how to consult and talk about GPT. And in August people I started asked me you told me about this, what do you think about that? And then in September people started to invite me. Yeah, I, you know that to me, told myself, is like if I didn't do something right or translated right or help elevate people, I wouldn't be asked to do something. Yeah, so that's in seven months. Yeah, all I can tell you is life is going to maybe not look 100% different, yeah, but the way we live our life, the upcoming year to two years, yeah, yeah, can be very fast forwarding than ever before.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I agree with you on that, and it's interesting where this is going to go. We don't know. It's interesting to see it, but I love the fact that you're on top of it, because I'm not we have to.

Speaker 2:

We have to because you know what it is. How many more people can I change? Yeah, how can I help other KW offices stay efficient? Leaders? Market center KWL Advises. That's what counts.

Speaker 1:

It's awesome, man. I appreciate the information. I hope everybody got something out of that. I know I did. It's just some good information. It's going to be in everybody's business. It's going to be everywhere. You're not going to get away from this. So you know, grab onto it. Depending on the industry you're in, grab onto it. Find somebody like Said that, who knows what he's doing in the business, and put your catapult you forward. It's exactly right, and go on with it. And you're taking, you're doing classes all over the place. Hey, yeah.

Speaker 2:

It's going to be at KW, washington Township in two weeks and hopefully somewhere in Pennsylvania next one.

Speaker 1:

Excellent, all right. How do we find you? If there's somebody wants to ask you a question about it, it's Said S-A-I-I-D at ZamaniRealStatecom or my phone 484-597-6868.

Speaker 2:

Or on Facebook. Facebook, oh, I know you're all over Facebook. Or on LinkedIn, all over the place. Or on Instagram.

Speaker 1:

Or my office. He's all the socials. All right, there we have it. Thanks. So much, said Zamani. I'll tell you what that was really cool. We got to learn a lot. All right, that's it. We'll see you next Thursday at 7 pm. All right, thank you.
