Triggers can feel emotionally overwhelming, especially when you're a highly sensitive person (HSP). In this beautiful conversation, I had the honor to have Alissa Boyer back on the podcast to share more of what it means to live life as an HSP (highly sensitive person), and how to know if you're even sensitive yourself?

I didn't know this until I watched the documentary with Alanis Morissette called "Sensitive: The Untold Story", but I knew my whole life that I felt deeply, I loved hard, and I was overwhelmed with a floodgate of emotions I often didn't know how to process, let alone know how to help myself self-regulate.
