Restricting or Driving Change?

How can we use business principles I learned at Harvard to improve our mentoring and increase our impact?
I go over how to use Lewin's Force-field Analysis as mentors in the Global Impact Council.
Mentors can use this to encourage mentees to take action that will create change, and might help everyone to clarify first steps.
