Here's the two big takeaways:
1) Jesus sacrifice to the Father was infinitely more pleasing than our sins against the Father were displeasing. Jesus wins the scales of justice to win the outpouring of mercy!
2) The sacrifice we offer in the Mass is the same sacrifice of Jesus on the Cross. It is made sacramentally present (that is, made truly present mediated mysteriously through signs).
