EPISODE 128: Lindsay Scott, Registered Physiotherapist and Acupuncture Provider at The Runner's Academy, Joins Me For A Discussion on How To Help Others Find Joy In The Sport of Running
Lindsay Scott, Registered Physiotherapist and Acupuncture Provider at The Runner's Academy, Joins Me For A Discussion on How To Help Others Find Joy In The Sport of Running. Lindsay and her team are passionate runners, triathletes, and coaches who all share a commonality of helping runners find joy in the sport while performing it properly to optimize performance, recover, and reduce any risk of injuries.
Linday's adaptive coaching model speaks to her individualized approach to every athlete who walks through the door. She emphasizes the importance of movement over anything else before tackling the running-specific "stuff." Movement is the pinnacle of what allows us to do hard things, and Lindasy is here today to tell us a little bit more about how her role with runners at The Runner's Academy allows her to do just that. I enjoyed my chat with Lindasy, as I always love connecting with other like-minded individuals who all share a common passion for the sport of running, fitness, movement, and doing things the SMART way.
