Alex Gometz, the Founder and CEO of Prehab USA specializes in sport injury prevention for runners. Alex has been a triathlete for the past 12 years and additionally, he is a USATF and RRCA Running Coach. He has a doctorate degree in differential diagnosis in sports injury and a doctor of physical therapy. Alex is currently also a researcher at Mount Sinai for 10 years at the neurosurgery department. He has studied the effects of Prehab in the prevention of injury and benefits of pre and post-surgery prehab. Mostly in spinal surgery. As a matter of fact, this was published in the incidence of head injury in sports and environmental effects. 

Alex created Prehab a decade ago to assist runners with validated tools to improve performance. He is always on the quest of improving performance and decreasing injury in runners by creating easy solutions that make a big difference. Alex is an individual that will always open to learning and collaborating with other like-minded individuals. He prides on this himself!
