Hi there and welcome to this episode today for Wealthy Warrior Leaders. Now, I am really excited to share with you our topic today, which is really all about your leadership. Now, this might be your leadership in the service you provide. So perhaps, for example, you are a ceo, you are a partner in your firm, um, a health practitioner partner in your private practice or nhs or public service practice, um, you are a leader in your home, a leader in your relationship. It's really however you see it, but most of the people I deal with are leaders of their own organization or they want to be right, they want to create their own service and lead it in a phenomenal way. And I want you to really think about the law of compensation. Now, the law of compensation really looks at your ability to provide the service that you are providing, when you are giving the most incredible service to your service users or clients or patients. It is also looking at the second facet, which is the need for your service, the need for your product, and it is then, thirdly, looking at how irreplaceable you are. Okay, now, when we look at the law of compensation, I love the law of compensation because it really allows you to go within right and not compete against others. But instead, you know, my mentor, bob Proctor, always taught me to compete against yourself right, don't compete against others. In fact, amateurs are the ones that compete and professionals leaders are the ones who create right and collaborate all right. They believe that every single individual has a unique, beautiful divine gift and they are not competing All right. So when we say you're irreplaceable, that's not in terms of I'm better than you or anything like that, but in just in terms of is this the best service I can give my clients or my patients, right here, right now? Is this the best that I can give? And this is in a balanced way, like you need to do this with your.

Speaker 1:

I look at the four columns. Okay, when you're choosing a goal Health, and that is your mental health, physical health, spiritual health. So your health, including healthy boundaries. The second column is your wealth Okay, so what is the financial number right? So what is the financial number right? So that you can raise your income to match the lifestyle that you feel you deserve, that you are choosing to live in, right? You don't need it, but you would love to have that experience.

And what is the work? Work is a third column. So what is I like to put this down as service, right? So what is your service contribution to the work? Work is a third column, so what is I like to put this down as service, right? So what is your service contribution to the world? This is the divine law of compensation. What is your contribution to the world? Because what you put out is what you will receive, right? The universe rewards you, and so you want to put that out in your energy, right? A high vibrational energy of gratitude and incredible attitude that you have in your work, of positivity and strength, right? That's why my movement is called the Wealthy Warrior, leadership.

And you also want to really look at in terms of your service. You know people talk about multiple sources of income, so that goes in the wealth column, which I think is important. So, for example, I'm a doctor, I'm an author, I'm a coach, I'm married, so I guess I received through my husband too. I have courses, and you know other ways in which I've received money through collaborations. I'm a speaker, right. So there's lots of different. I'm an appraiser for doctors, so there's lots of different ways in which I receive income actively and passively. But what I'd like to do is take this idea further. Okay, because here, on this podcast, we are leaders, right, we are leaders leading from within. First of all, self-leadership, leading in our home, or co-leading if you have a partner, as I do, so co-leading because you'll both do beautiful things in different ways, okay. And we are leading in our service, right, our chosen way to serve in this world. That's why we're all here. We're all here to contribute to the world and provide a service. So I want you to also start to look at multiple sources of serving, multiple ways in which you can serve.

Now let's just take, for example, myself as a doctor, right, and now I work full time as a doctor. So I just literally finished my clinic for the day. So I serve as a doctor, right, I do my clinics. I serve as a private doctor. I serve as a public service doctor or state doctor, however you want to call it, depending on where you're listening in the world. So I serve in the for the state, or here we call it locum doctor, um or locum gp, um. I serve in charity, right, some sometimes doing free clinics, um. And I serve as an appraiser for other doctors and as a mentor, right, so there's different ways. I serve as a doctor.

Speaker 1:

Now, if you look at my role as a coach, I serve as, obviously, leader of my own organization, doctor Vidya Institute. I serve through my books, my courses. I serve through my membership, wealthy Warrior Experience. I serve through my mastermind of clients okay, beautiful clients, I serve in that way. I serve through my YouTube channel, through this podcast, through my articles right, so there's lots of different ways in which you can serve. I serve as being a mum. I serve as being a wife, a daughter, a sister. So there's lots of different roles that we play in this life and with your work, in particular, with your service, I really want you to look at multiple ways in which you can serve, picking each role. Okay, and this is how you can serve, but remember, with healthy boundaries.

And that leads on to the fourth column, which is and I'd love for you to write this down and make the columns and really zone into this with your goal and what you want this is how you prevent burnout and stress and anxiety. Right, all my clients, this is what we teach, this, this is what I do is we learn for the goals that we want, what we learn to do in this way. This is how you then have happiness and health and wealth and healthy relationships. When you're doing this, your life isn't like lopsided, like incredibly successful at work. But you know, marriage is falling apart, like we don't want that. We want everything to be fulfilling and in alignment of that high frequency of your life, that higher self, that highest version of you. What is the life that they're experiencing? In their health, in their wealth, in their service and in their relationships right Now. This all. So.

Speaker 1:

The fourth column is relationships. But this starts with the relationship that you have with yourself. Okay, it's not about what I think about you, what your spouse thinks about you, your kids, your mom, your sisters, et cetera. You know, yes, we'd love for them to think beautifully of us and I really hope that you are having that experience. Otherwise, you know we work on that as well for our clients, but it really is all a reflection of how you treat yourself.

Speaker 1:

Right, if you don't love yourself, if you don't really value the work that you do, you probably aren't charging enough. You probably aren't asking for that raise or bonus. You probably aren't going for that promotion. You aren't going for that role that you really want. You aren't going for that leadership position because somewhere along the way you actually don't believe you deserve it. You don't believe, if we look at the law of compensation, you don't believe, that there is a hundred percent a need for what you do, or you, a hundred percent, don't absolutely believe in your ability to do it. You're doubting yourself. Then don't absolutely believe in your ability to do it. You're doubting yourself. So what happens is you actually put that out there into the world, which means that then that's the energy you're giving off.

Speaker 1:

So sometimes you may fear yourself being surrounded by people who don't fully respect you or value your service, or value what you do, or like wow, I worked so hard on so many hours but I just can't seem to get enough. But it's because you, if you truly valued yourself first and foremost, you would have healthy boundaries, right Like are you getting enough rest? Are you getting enough sleep? Are you getting enough exercise? Are you meditating and you don't have to meditate for like hours on end, but, like you know, even just like a five minute, you know, meditation can really make a big difference Are you gratitude journaling, like we have all like a lot of these free resources, by the way, on this podcast and on YouTube channel.

Speaker 1:

But really, looking at that, then you wouldn't work in a way that is you know, you know unhealthy work, life boundaries, right, and if you truly love what you do, it no longer feels like work right. And you know, I say this as my kids are you might even hear them in the next room, you know, and you know, whilst they've just come back from art club and I'm literally finishing off, I'm going to go and chill with them now. But I love what I do. I love what I do as a doctor, I love what I do as a coach, I love what I do as a mom. And having those healthy boundaries and that self-respect including doing fulfilling work right, including doing that you deserve to do it with the time it requires, the space it requires and really enjoying every facet of your life to do that. So I want you to really start to look at your goals in that way and really start to look at that version that we are being. We have to embody it now. So for me, it is being a wealthy warrior leader, and in that, the wealth is not just about the money, it is the freedom, it is the wealth in the relationship you have with yourself, right.

Self-love includes self-discipline and focus. It includes healthy boundaries. It includes healthy ways of working, but it also includes not you doubting your own work and contribution. It includes you investing in yourself. Right. If you invest in yourself, you get that back. The ROI on that enters every single aspect of your life. So, really taking that time for yourself, your mental health, your physical health, you know your spiritual health, you know all aspects are important. It's not like it's not just one thing you can focus on. I mean everything gets affected, right, so, so important. It's not like it's not just one thing you can focus on. I mean everything gets affected, right, so, so important. So you know you really want to.

Speaker 1:

Whether you're building a business or leadership of your own company, or you know your CEO of another company, or you're a healthcare professional or a corporate professional, whatever it is you need to be building this not just from the ground up but from within, right. That is how you show up. You know. This is how you don't get burnout, anxiety, stress. Really cultivating this mindset of resilience and determination right Through empowerment and emotional regulation that is the warrior that I teach and I love, and I do this through my heart method, okay, which is healing, empowerment and emotional regulation, awakening, you know, consciousness shifting, awakening the wealthy warrior leader within and then rise and thrive RT, which is really thriving as a wealthy warrior leader, which you are already right. So it's embodying that and then it's raising the consciousness to that, and then it is actually what is the action that you're taking, and that doesn't have to be it's quality of actions as well as the level of service, but remember, with boundaries right. So, as you're scaling up, doing this in a way that is still delivering incredible quality of service, but in a way that is still something that you hugely enjoy, like my.

I'm grateful that my coaching practice is award-winning, um, and I've been very intentional with how how I have really launched my coaching practice all those years ago, 2018. Really, in the launch of that, because I it's like you're the captain. You are the captain of your ship and you have your family aboard. That you've got to look at your whole life. So, if you've got your family aboard, that your spouse, your health and wealth, your fitness, everything all aboard that ship, which is your life, and you get to decide how you you go and also where you go and what route you take. So you know, the fastest route may not be the best and, at the same time, you can take a route which is fast and is also beautiful and scenic and healthy. It's all about what you believe, but I was always very intentional and I want to create like an incredible service that is award-winning, give really, you know, incredible service to my clients, and that is how I developed an award-winning coaching program, how I became a test speaker, how I am a multiple multi-best selling author and award-winning doctor.

And I don't say these things to to impress you, but to just impress upon you what is possible and also how it really comes down to your own definition of success or happiness or fulfillment. It's not what is mine or what is your spouse or your colleagues or even your bosses, um, unless you're your own boss, like myself but it really comes down to what is yours, what is your definition. But you know, this is it. You are in charge of your life. You are the captain of your life. Do you know where you're going? Do you know the exact coordinates? Are you happy with where you're going? Are you happy with the way in which you're going? Right, what is how you're feeling? Look at your results in your health, in your wealth, in the state of your service the service your clients are getting, or service users, the status of your relationships with yourself. Right, what is that internal narrative? That is a thermostat, a mental thermostat.

Okay, and you can change those settings. You can change the settings of your health, of your wealth, of your service, of your relationship with yourself and others. You can change those settings, but there is a very um, scientific, um way in which that that is done.
