In this episode, we discuss how we talk to people who are hesitant of Risky Play.

We know there are soooo many incredible benefits of Risky Play - but how do you get through to people who are skeptical, concerned or even fearful of children learning naturally in nature or through Risky Play?

We do what the kids do when they play……. and we L.E.A.P!

L is for LISTEN. We listen to the person’s concerns.

E is for EXPLORE. We explore this further with some questions about, “What is it that they are particularly concerned about?”

A is for ACKNOWLEDGE. We acknowledge the person’s concerns.

P is for PROPOSE a way forward.

If you’ve been listening to us for a while, you’ll know that we are all about taking the road less traveled. We believe everyone should live an extraordinary life, full of challenge, passion and purpose.

If you’re someone who works with children, believe us when we say that starting your own Nature Play Business will lead you to some of your greatest teaching moments.

But to get to those moments, you’ll need to do the work. And we’re here to guide you and cheer you on. Because if we can do it - so can you!
