According to Dr. Krieger, "The level of stress that people are living with has never been greater, and it doesn’t show any signs of stopping; in fact if anything it is likely to continue to increase. Our goal is to help our patients learn how to engage in a healthier lifestyle and live more congruently so they can confront the stress in their lives and be productive".
