In 2020, Maxine found herself downsized at the height of the pandemic. With her diverse skill set and genuine passion for encouraging others, Maxine felt that it was finally time to bet on herself and faithfully represent the change she wanted to see.
Searching for her "WHY", Maxine realized her purpose was considerably bigger than herself. She restructured her freelance gig to a full service marketing agency. She began disrupting change in the business world using proven Martech principles, and out of the box customer journey experiences - Creative Bang Lab was born!
