This is one of my pet peeves: I don’t have time to cook. It takes so long to go grocery shopping. Let me tell you the truth. We DON’T have time, some of us MAKE time. We all get 24 hrs in a day, no one gets 26 or 22.
Today I will point to the obvious: There are many Consequences to Not Making Time for Your Health Now.
