Negative Bias in our lives

Hi Everyone,

Sorry about the delay I'm having a little me day.........

Well now here is our episode on Negative Bias which can be sad in many different ways but it still comes down to the same thing.....we are influenced by our own negative thought pattern and we only have ourselves to blame for not changing it.
