We are joined by Crystal Kennings, a menstrual wellness educator who is passionate about women's health and plant-based nutrition. She is a certified hormone specialist through ITN and currently training to become a menstruality cycle coach. Crystal’s goal is to break the stigma around menstruation by creating a safe space online where anyone can learn about menstrual health and how to support their cycle with a plant-based diet.
