Born in Egypt, an ex Periodontist Dr. Tarek Aly migrated to the US for an MBA program, he realized the rural areas of Texas were underserved and decided to take full advantage.

He founded Orthodent in 2012 and has scaled to 12 locations. Recently he became co-owner of Modern Smiles, adding 8 locations for a total of 20 practices under his guidance.
