#18 Which is better: being an INTROVERT or an EXTROVERT?
Jun 11, 2020 Season 1 Episode 18
Annica

What do you think is better? Being an introvert or an extrovert? Which personality type has a higher success rate in society? Who is perceived as the better person? I used to think, until just a year ago, partly because I was told so: that I am an extrovert. Then WHY did networking, mingling and attending "girls nights out" feel so incredibly uncomfortable? Why did hanging out with groups of truly nice people drain me to a point I felt like I would collapse? My conclusion was that there must be something wrong with me, obviously. Just not a nice person. If this is something you've felt, I hope that by listening to this episode, you get a different perspective and know that you are not alone. Having an introvert under your strong shield, one that needs to recover in solitude, is totally normal, and knowing that that's the case can save you a lot of energy and thinking. Like Marilyn Monroe said: "I restore myself when I'm alone". A massive thank you to Antoinette Griffin one of my teachers from The John Maxwell Team, for helping me discover this vital piece about myself. Like announced: in a week, you’ll hear more about the websummit  Unleash Your Confidence, hosted by the lovely Jessie.
