Hey there, this is a meditation for forgiveness and letting go of things you've been holding on to, whether it be old ideas or old thoughts, or ruminating in old situations. Whichever it is it is. I'm offering you an opportunity to reflect, to heal and to forgive and finally let go of anything you've been holding on to. With your body resting comfortably, allow the eyes to gently shut or, if you're sitting, simply lower your gaze. Connecting with the breath, feel the soothing and rocking sensation of your inhale and your exhale, your own divine internal rhythm, your ally, your breath. I'm going to guide our body and mind into a calm and relaxed and supported state, feeling the breath travel in through the nose, filling your chest and lungs, filling your chest and lungs and, as you exhale, feeling the body release, as the air leaves your body. On your next inhale, pause at the top for a moment and then exhale and release, repeating this process on your own rhythm inhale, pause and releasing slowly and longer. Take a few deep breaths here, bringing your awareness now to the rest of your body. Notice any sensations you might be feeling of tightness or tension or pain, drawing your breath now into these areas With each exhale again, feeling the body surrender, relax and let go. Allow yourself permission. This is the time for you to receive the healing that you seek, a time to let go of resentment, to let go of worry or anger or pain. This time is just for you to process and a time to forgive, in your mind as you breatheently repeat the affirmation I am safe and strong. I am safe and strong. Know that as you go through this process, that you are in control. You are at choice. Choice.

Speaker 1:

The process of forgiveness allows us to release past hurt and shame, guilt and pain, bringing our energy back to ourselves, allowing us to move forward, to break free from patterns and create new, positive, fulfilling experiences. And as you continue to be connected with the breath, I want you to bring to mind a person or a situation, or maybe a thought, that you wish to forgive or release. This may be something from your past or it might be something from the present. It may even be what you are looking to forgive yourself for, to set yourself free from guilt or shame or disappointment, and to recognize that you deserve to live a life where you feel confident, loved and loving, knowing and expressing that your heart is kind, full, authentic and true. And as you bring this person or situation to mind. I want you to visualize a chair in front of you. Imagine that you see that person sitting in that chair, or, if it's a situation, the situation playing out in front of you. If you're focusing on self-forgiveness, well then. See yourself sitting in that chair.

Speaker 1:

Take a few breaths here as you visualize this and now in your mind, call upon what it is you would like to forgive or what you would like to be forgiven for. See that person or situation or self. How do you feel? How do you feel feel? Allow your body to feel those emotions in your mind. Visualize repeating all that you wish to say, knowing that you no longer wish or need to carry it with you. Again, visualize repeating all that you wish to say, knowing that you no longer need to carry it within you, to carry it within you. And as you look at the person in the chair with the situation playing out in front of you, you see it with new eyes. You're looking at it from your higher self, and your higher self is reminding you that carrying this pain within you or negative emotions is not serving you.

Speaker 1:

It's time to release and forgive the situation once and for all, to free up some energetic space. As you see the situation, you repeat I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you. I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you.

Each time as you repeat this phrase, the situation and the person seem to dissolve a little bit, fading further and further back, further and further away from you. Watch it as it drifts away and as you look upon the situation. You look down by your side and by your side there is a beautiful crystal saber vibrating with light and positivity and beautiful energy, and beautiful energy. You pick up the saber and you hold it and then, with one great big swing, you cut through this projection in front of you. You cut through any cords of attachment that remain to the situation, the story that you've been telling yourself. And as you cut through this final image, it dissolves into a million pieces, like little diamonds in the sky, and as you watch this happening, you take in a great big inhale and as you exhale, you blow all of those pieces out to the universe to be healed and held by Mother Earth, to be healed and transmuted with love. You place the saber down on the ground and notice the feeling of relief, emotion and freedom Placing your hands over your heart, now allowing the final process of this healing to take place, and again repeating in your mind, with your hands on your heart I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you.

You stand with your hands on your heart and you feel a sense of warmth envelop you. This warmth surrounds you like a halo, holds you and heals you. You know and you feel in your core, in your essence, that you are supported. You are ready to move forward freely, feeling a tremendous sense of release that allows your heart to fill with peace, breathing and feeling that warmth and healing penetrate your body from the top of your head down through your face, your neck, your shoulders and your chest and your ribs, your stomach and all the way down your torso, all the way to your torso, all the way to your feet, feeling safe and held and strong.

Enjoy this sensation, absorb it into your being. Enjoy this sensation, absorb it into your being. I'm going to slowly guide you back from this meditation, beginning to ground your energy, feeling the weight of your body on your seat or your bed, bringing gentle movement to your fingers and your toes, maybe even wrapping your arms around yourself and giving yourself a great big hug, taking a nice deep breath, smiling and exhaling, allowing the eyes to open. When you're ready, you can stay here, take this feeling into your sleep, or you can bring yourself back. Either way, sending so much love and light from me to you. My friends, so grateful for you, namaste.
