Closer Stephen Schoch (pronounced "shock") is a college baseball pitcher from Laurel, Maryland known for his submarine-style pitching motion style. After transferring to UVA, Schoch played for the Cavaliers during the 2019–20 and 2020–21 seasons.
In 2016, Schoch played for the Appalachian State Mountaineers, where he posted a 4.46 ERA in 34 +1⁄3 innings.
