He is founder of Streamline Capital Group, which will continue to acquire multifamily assets well into the future. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps in 2021.

Bryan Escudero
Bryan Escudero is President and Co-Founder of First Gen Foundations. As he began his real estate journey, Bryan noticed a problem for people like him – First Geb Investors who might not have all the foundational knowledge to get in the game. First Gen Foundations was created to bridge that gap and represent the incredible qualities real estate has as an investment vehicle for generational wealth to new investors.
Bryan resides in South Florida with his wonderful wife, Jessica. Along with his partner and Co-Founder , Eduardo Escudero, they have over 20 years of project management experience. Together, they have been able to grow to $20mm (183 doors) AUM in a short time.
