Alvin Campbell allegedly acquired 10 plus victims of rape and sexual assault, before he was arrested. There was plenty of DNA, that was quickly identified as his. One went to Princeton and UCLA Law School, the other cycled through prison for gun and violence. He soon graduated to serial rape (allegedly). Alvin left DNA at several scenes and it would seem to be an easy case, however at one point a grand jury was empaneled, but the DA's office declined prosecution.
