We finally had a State Police Trooper on the stand, But it was not lead detective Proctor. We also had some Mass State Police forensic techs on the stand, Adam Lally seemingly wanted to bore the jury to sleep and he was largely successful. One of the scientists appeared near tears when she had to name Detective Proctor. We ended the week with some excitement from Yuri Bukhenik. The Commonwealth put on a video that illustrated the MSP’s work inside the CPD Sallyport, all seemed well, until cross examination, which revealed the Prosecution submitted mirrored and possibly doctored video footage.
