Hello! Welcome to Shift Happens...

We are releasing this first episode, Resting in Revolution, on Juneteenth in honor of the Black Lives Matter Movement. Black people in our country have been profiled, harassed, murdered, lynched, since the inception of our country.  In this episode we discuss themes of what people are experiencing during this (hopefully) revolutionary time, and how to develop tools, mindfulness as activism, to care for yourself so you can be in service to black people and people of color in America.
