Kathryn M - Sobriety is Surrender - Meeting 249

Kathryn joined a food fellowship in Johannesburg, South Africa in 2014. 5 years later she happened upon Anorexics and Bulimics Anonymous, and got sober from unhealthy eating practices on 9 Nov 2019. She now lives in the UK and her home group is the ABA Australia Zoom Group that meets Mon and Wed at 6pm Sydney time.  Kathryn speaks to us today on surrendering control over all things and the concept that sobriety is surrender.

Reco12 is all about exploring the common threads of addiction and sharing tools and hope from those on a similar path. We gather from diverse backgrounds, faiths, and places to learn and support one another. Our speakers represent various fellowships, addictions, and afflictions, thus showing the common threads of recovery, no matter our addiction or affliction.
