Looking after yourself in these dark times.
Looking after yourself in these dark times.
Everyday conversations regarding Mental Health in this show where we talk about these issues that affect everyone and we will also look at veterans and their issues.
When I am not writing, I love to experiment with still and motion photography as well as other mediums of storytelling. I host two mental health-specific podcasts, Inner Monologue and Stages. Inner Monologue is an interview format where I provide a platform for others to share their stories of trial and triumph. Stages, my latest podcast project, is more of an audio diary where I share the journey of my mental health as I navigate grief and the ever-changing stages of life.
I just published my first book, 2012: A Bicycle Odyssey. It tells the tale of a 7,000-mile cross-country bicycle ride for suicide awareness and the healing power of art.
