My guest today is Sarah Fischer. 

Sarah is a yoga teacher and mentor, a meditator and mystic, a mom and many other things. Her work is centred around one belief: you deserve to love your life… not spend it hiding, judging yourself, or worrying about doing it wrong. 

Sarah spent many painful years feeling stuck and lost in her life. She was afraid of sharing her true self because of perfectionism and self-judgment. It was like she was hiding under an invisibility cloak, going through the motions of a life that didn’t fit anymore. 

Then, she found yoga and coaching.

Yoga reminded Sarah of her innate goodness, worthiness, and beauty. It helped her feel strong, embodied, and empowered. Coaching and meditation built Sarah's confidence and taught her to anchor herself even off the mat.

In today's episode, we discuss how to know if you're being your most authentic self, being an introvert versus an extrovert, putting the lessons to work in your life, and so much more! Tune into today's episode.
