Hi , I'm Daniela . Welcome to my podcast because everyone has a story , the place to give ordinary people , stories , the chance to be shared and preserved . Our stories become the language of connections . Let's enjoy it , connect and relate , because everyone has a story .

Daniela SM 0:26

Welcome to part two of this episode with Vince Kramer , a military veteran , an airline pilot , a transformational trainer , speaker , teacher and author of the Awakening through Moments of Choice , a memoir of divine guidance . As I said , this is part two . Vince talks more about his personal development workshops , books , people he encountered that contributed to his growth . We discuss further the subtle dance between the desire for growth and the comfort of the familiar , and this is a very interesting point . Vince emphasised that the road of self-discovery doesn't require a map but a compass , and this is my favourite part . It is not just about the journey , it is also about the people we meet along the way , because , it's true , people come and go and everybody leaves us with some lessons . He embarks on the final leg of his transformative expedition , explaining about his business and the courses he offers to others .

Daniela SM 1:31

Now I hope you enjoy part two and thank you for listening . You got something out of it and that's why you continue and you have a story and a book , but a lot of people went there and I know this is about you but what happens ? I think the majority of the people will go there and nothing will happen to them . I don't know if you have an explanation for that . Are they not ready ? Are they not ready ? Is not their time ?

Vince Kramer 1:55

Well , a lot of it is the resistance that we build up to it or the fear of stepping into the unknown . That's where life is for us , in the unknown . If we're not stepping into the unknown , we're living life the same way over and over again , but it's the fear of stepping in . I don't think anybody left that event without some type of experience . I really don't . I don't think you could be in that event without it . But I will share that in our program sometimes that there are people that just refuse to move out of that safe space , that they want to stay protected and their sub-personalities are doing everything to help them stay protected , that they don't step in and have the experience that they could .

Daniela SM 2:52

But what about having high expectations , like if I would go to those courses ? I would love to have an experience like yours and maybe I'd go with that .

Vince Kramer 3:01

That could be some of it too , Daniela , that you want it so badly . You're not coming from a place of wanting it , You're coming from a place of not having it . And when you're coming from that place of not having it , you attract more of not having it .

Daniela SM 3:18

Okay , from not having it .

Vince Kramer 3:20

Usually , when we want something that badly , it's because we don't have it , and then we're coming from the energy of lack , and the energy of lack that we're putting out attracts more lack into our lives .

Daniela SM 3:34

Okay , but something silly and superficial . If I want to have nice arms and go to the gym and I just work really hard but I don't get the arms like other people , yes , I don't have them and I want them . So what will be the course ? Of action like saying I accept myself and I .

Vince Kramer 3:57

Really putting your energy and attention on what you want and not putting your energy and attention on well , these people have it , but I don't have it yet , because your thoughts then are around what you don't have . So if you continue your thoughts on what you want , seeing yourself having it , experiencing energetically having it , then you're putting out the energy that to attract it into your life .

Daniela SM 4:25

Thank you , that's a very good explanation , okay , so then you went to this course and you were now obsessed to know who that girl was and what happened .

Vince Kramer 4:37

So at the end of events like that , for people who have gone to workshops like that , they always give you at the end of the workshop , some time to kind of close your heart back down so you don't go out into the world just wide open . I didn't go . I left early . I got on an airplane , I flew home . I said Mary , you're going to meet me . You got to tell me what's going on . Mary and I went for a walk and during that walk I said you got to tell me about this little blonde girl . And she said I learned about this little blonde girl from a channeling . And I said what's a channeling ? And she said well , this is when somebody gets out of the way . Let's hire vibrational energies , come through them to share their message and you can get an understanding of what the universe is all about , what life's all about , how you can move forward better and quicker by chatting with this information . It's like you mean like a crystal ball . And she said , no , not like a crystal ball . But I was using my religion once again to define what she was sharing with me and it felt like , well , you know , that sounds like it might be against my religion , but I said I was willing to try everything , so I'm going to try this . And I said I want a channeling . And she said are you sure ? And I said yes , I really want a channeling . So she said this channeling up for me . People allow themselves to be conduits for higher information to come in . So our guides , the universe , sending information in in a way that we can get it and understand it . Mary says this challenge up .

Vince Kramer 6:22

I go to the channeling with her and her mom . This lady is sharing with us some tea and we're talking and she says I can channel for you in three ways . I can get out of the way , let the energy come through and you will be talking to your guides . It'll be my voice , but it's their energy , it's their words coming to talk to you . So it'll be just like you talking to a person , but you're talking to the higher vibrational guides , your angels or or the send in masters . She said or you can ask questions and I'll get the answers , and then I'll share the answers with you . So there , I'm not letting them come through me , I'll just share the answers I get , or you can just let me give you what they're sharing instead of asking questions . And I said I want it all . I'm here doing something that Kind of scares me and I really don't believe in . So I want it all . So I said you know , I want you to be full channel , that the information come through .

Vince Kramer 7:31

So it starts out with the room got a little dark and I justified it because there was clouds outside moving over the house and I watched her kind of her face changed a little bit or posture change , and it was like , wow , this lady is a great actress . Once again , I'm justifying across the board . She starts to talk in . Her voice is deeper and a little raspy or so , justifying that . And then the voice says through her I am Archangel Michael . I've been waiting to talk to you for a long time . Told Mary and her mom thanks for coming , but sit back . We're going to talk to this young man because we've been waiting for this opportunity and started sharing things about my life , why this happened , why my parents were , who they were , what I was working towards and all the whole time . Daniel , I'm going . Oh , I told Mary about that . So I justified it the whole time .

Vince Kramer 8:37

And then Archangel Michael said there's someone else here that wants to talk to you . Would you be interested in talking to them . And I said yes , of course . So I watched her kind of morph a little bit or facial features changed a little bit , the way she was sitting in her chair change . She was more energetic , more jovial .

Vince Kramer 8:59

And the voice that came through said I'm Archangel Rafael . Well , I knew who Michael and Rafael were , because of the Bible and everything else . And so then Rafael said I'm here because you're here to open hearts , but to open hearts you have to open yours first , and to open yours I'm going to help you with red hair and blue dye people . And it's like Okay , Mary's oldest son's got red hair , blue I check , justify . Mary knows that there's three people that came in my life just recently that were red hair and blue . I so justify . And then Rafael said , as an example , do you remember walking through Walmart last week and a little boy stood up in his stroller and he was watching you and he was tracking you and he wouldn't take his eyes off you and that little boy fell out of his head and his mom caught him just before he hit the floor and I said yes , and he said that little boy had red hair and blue eyes and it was , oh shit , the little boy knew , the mom

Exploring Spiritual Growth and Transformation

Vince Kramer 10:12

knew .

Vince Kramer 10:12

When I knew nobody else knew , I couldn't justify it anymore and I started paying attention to every word , every period , everything that came from that channeling . It lasted a little over two hours and at the end of it the guide said we're going to come to you every night and you're going to wake up . And when you wake up in your hearing a voice , we want you to close your eyes , look up , and if it's blue , it's Archangel Michael , if it's green , it's Archangel Rafael , if it's yellow , it's rather the sun god , and if it's red , it's a female energy here to help support you on your journey . And after that channeling it started almost immediately and happened just about every single night that this energy came in .

Daniela SM 10:59

This is amazing , but , vince , how do you know the difference between somebody who is really channeling and somebody who is not channeling ? You know , like , who is pretending to channel ?

Vince Kramer 11:11

Well , one thing that is pretty easy to pick up pretty quickly is that person affecting what's being said . Is it their way of thinking ? So you can pick up pretty quickly when somebody's bringing energy and at least adding to it . We all can channel , daniel . We can all channel . We all channel in different ways . So what I have learned is the easiest way is to channel your own answers , so you don't have to guess . Is this someone telling me their thoughts ? Are they truly letting the energy come through or are they just saying what they think or feel and acting like they're channeling ? I don't think anybody who's channeling believes that they're not bringing it through . I think they really , truly believe they're bringing it through . But it's how far out of the way can you get to let the energy be more pure ? Does that make sense ?

Daniela SM 12:20

Yes , but if you do it yourself I mean I talk to myself a lot the issue will be that you have that brain of yours that is judgmental and critical , and so you really do differential . That it's very difficult . What is the brain talking , or is it really something else ?

Vince Kramer 12:37

Well , one of the things that we do in our entry level class we call it take a quantum leap and it's soon going to be called activate . We teach people different ways to tap into that guidance . What I've learned is that , yes , we get in the way . The methods that we teach really help you get out of the way , first of all , and then , when you start believing that the information is coming through , then you start stopping the brain from interfering . But the most exciting thing for me when I teach somebody how to tap into their guidance is when they finally say , oh my God , I never would have said that to me , I don't even , I didn't even know about that . Then the aha is okay , I can tap into this information and you get to learn the different voices . What voices are your sub-personalities that are trying to get in the way and hold you back , and which voice is that higher , non-physical part of you trying to take you on the journey that you're meant to be on ?

Daniela SM 13:50

Interesting . Yes , there have been a few times it wasn't really my brain who was telling me things . I noticed that you have really changed yourself completely from all the belief that you had where your grandfather , your father , your mother , your religion , and you have to completely switch everything . I guess it was slowly so you would maybe have noticed . Or were you fighting it ? You didn't go to counselors or anything like that , you were just in this area .

Vince Kramer 14:19

Yeah , I learned this information through this , this information that was coming in at night . If I needed to find a way to help me reframe my beliefs , I would just have to walk through a bookstore and there would be a book that fell on the floor and I would pick it up , and it would be the Biology of Beliefs by Bruce Lipton , or Frequency by Penny Pierce , or these books just showed up . I read 132 books in just a little over a year .

Daniela SM 14:52

Oh , wow .

Vince Kramer 14:53

Because they just kept showing up and I just devoured the information . And the more I devoured , the more I understood how I could change those limiting beliefs into empowering beliefs . And I didn't change all my beliefs . I learned a lot from my parents and my grandfather and school and religion . It's very empowering . All my beliefs weren't limiting , but when I found the beliefs that did limit me , then because I learned from these mentors I spent a year with Jack Anfield .

Vince Kramer 15:28

I've been through many of Joe Dispenza's programs . I did shadow work with the late Debbie Ford , leadership training with John Maxwell . So I truly believe in everybody needing to have a coach and to grow and expand . Joe Dispenza is a perfect example man . I really need to understand how to create my life better than I'm creating it . Boom , I opened my phone and there's an email from Joe Dispenza . I didn't even had any idea who Joe Dispenza was . An email . I'm having this introductory course just miles from your home . And it was like okay , sign up , I'm gonna go figure this out and see what . So that's how things showed up . So it was an eight year process . It was drastic at some times , but it always felt good . It always felt like I was moving in the right direction . I always felt like I was more empowered in moving closer to who I was meant to be , and that was my motivating factor .

Daniela SM 16:34

Yes , you've been always very driven . In eight years it doesn't seem that long . I think that we could spend our life trying to figure out who we are , and that could be 50 , 60, . Some people die without knowing their purpose . What about your friends and your family , your siblings ? How did they react to you's big changes ?

Vince Kramer 16:55

Some did react positively , some didn't , Some have removed themselves from my life and some tolerate me and some are on the journey with me . So it's a little bit of everything . The saddest thing for me was is I started getting deeper into quantum physics and understanding how we can work with energy . How we perceive life is how our reality shows up . The hardest thing for me was when my little brother died . He was having a really tough time in life , mostly because of not thinking that he was good enough , not thinking that he was worthy , and he got skin cancer . What organ protects us from the outside world ? Our skin , and the very thing that was protecting him from the world that he was afraid of got sick , got ill . So I went to his hospital room and I sat with him and I tried to share with him some of the things that I had learned and some of the things that I believed . I know that if you wanna believe something else , that's your journey , but I at least wanted him to consider what I had to share with him and he wasn't interested and I really believe that he could have healed himself if he was willing to believe that he was the creator of his life . So that was the hardest for me .

Vince Kramer 18:28

My mom's read my book and she appreciated it , but that's all we're gonna talk about . I know I can help everybody find in a very short amount of time the three parts of your purpose . Now , if you choose to live that purpose after you know , it's another story . But I also want to add that you said eight years doesn't seem like that long a time . We could spend our whole life learning more about ourselves . And the truth is we have to spend our whole life learning more about ourselves Because as energy expands , as the world expands , as we expand , there's a new part of us that shows up , and a new part of us and a new part of us . So it is a lifelong journey .

Daniela SM 19:20

But what do you mean by a new part of us as energy ?

Vince Kramer 19:24

if I expand , if I move into a new level of awareness , if I move into a new level of consciousness . We're all energy , so my change in level of awareness and consciousness affects you and you're ready to move into a new level of consciousness . And then , let's say , you move into a new level of consciousness and you expand beyond that and you understand the universe more . You are , you're more aware , you have that higher level of consciousness . Now it affects me and I have an opportunity to expand . So it's constantly . It's constantly giving us an opportunity to grow and become more and live more of who we're meant to be .

Daniela SM 20:07

And then it's going back to the story for your family . So since you were little , you already had this feeling . So if you will have continue a path of spirituality when you were a child , you will be Perhaps make fun of your family , will also kind of be pushing your way is the worst that you follow your path . However , you lose people in the way .

Vince Kramer 20:29

I believe that before we were born , we chose the reason that we're gonna be here . Living that reason fully is where we're going to experience the highest vibration of our lives . So the answer is yes , it is worth it and we have to . We have to look at if this is really true and you get to choose . If it's true , you anybody who's listening this can say this is full of it , the guys a little crazy or something . If you do choose it and you really believe that you're here on this earth for a reason , it's understandable how people are going to come in and out of our lives , how my relationship with Martha . We were married for 21 years and in that 21 years there were things that the relationship help prepare me for when I started to see things in a different way . I believe that we were soul mates brought together so we could live those 21 years and help each other be ready to take the next step .

Vince Kramer 21:41

I don't think Martha would be with me in the way that I believe right now , in the way that I look at life right now , but I do believe that that relationship got me to a place when I can more fully live that reason that I chose to come into this world . We can only be responsible for us in our energy . We're not responsible for anybody else's reality . Do we hold ourselves back because somebody else isn't willing to go along with us ? And the answer is you can't , because you're going to have these wake up calls To get you to start paying attention to who you are and why you're here . If I didn't pay attention after that divorce , there was something else going to come to get my attention , to get my attention and why then it is so complicated for people to find a purpose or who they are and why they're here .

Daniela SM 22:32

why can't be easier ?

Vince Kramer 22:34

Part of the reason I think it's difficult is that , first of all , we believe that we're going to get some kind of divine intervention To tell us our purpose . It's going to show up and there's going to be a knock on the door and there's going to be an angel at the door and say your purpose is .

Uncovering Purpose and Personal Growth

Vince Kramer 22:53

But we had to forget to experience life the way we've experienced it . You came into this world , I'll guarantee you , three , four , five years old . You knew exactly why you were here . There's no doubt in my mind you knew exactly why you were here . But to live that life fully , you've had to have some experiences in your life to understand people , who you're here to help , to develop special gifts and talents . One of your gifts is this podcast . You chose to be on this podcast so you can interact with people . You can help people tell their story . It's a gift that you had to develop .

Vince Kramer 23:35

If we didn't forget , we wouldn't have gone through the hard times and the good times that drive us to developing gifts and talents . And then there comes a time to wake up , and that's where those wake up calls come from . They start off with the conscious ones . Hey , daniela , wake up . And if you don't pay attention to that , then it gets a little stronger , little stronger . The hammer gets bigger and sooner or later the hammer upside your head is going to get your attention and you're going to have an opportunity to live that life more fully .

Vince Kramer 24:09

What happens is , though , we get into society's beliefs , we get into a comfort zone , we get into a place where we believe that there's really life's good enough , there's really not that much more out there , and then we don't take the opportunities to step further into who we are and we get stuck in that place . But then also what you shared , we've got relationships in our lives that are really important to us . And what if I step into who I am and they don't want to come along ? What if they want to stay where they're at ? What if I change and they don't like me anymore ? And that's another reason . So we get comfortable and we don't want to step into who we are . We have relationships that we don't want to lose , so we don't step into who we are . We're afraid that we're not going to be able to accomplish our purpose , because when people uncover it , it's like how am I going to do that ? And the answer is you've got all the gifts and talents that you developed to do it . It's just how do you put them to use .

Daniela SM 25:19

It would be interesting if you could just collect all the information from three to four year old kids and figure out what they say and then remind them that later .

Vince Kramer 25:31

Just like my grandmother did when she was on her deathbed . She said I want to remind you that you said you wanted to help people love themselves so they could love others .

Daniela SM 25:42

You were 17 when she died .

Vince Kramer 25:45

Yeah , I was 17 .

Daniela SM 25:46

You were still young and not paying attention .

Vince Kramer 25:50

Yes , I forgot again very quickly , but it came back to me at 50 years old .

Daniela SM 25:56

Yeah , interesting . You will suggest that you cannot do it alone . You suggest that people have to have coaches .

Vince Kramer 26:02

It's very difficult to do alone . What I suggest for everyone , first of all , is find somebody that's not going to teach you their way . Find someone that's going to teach you a bunch of ways so you can find yours .

Daniela SM 26:17

But isn't this like ? John ? Dispensa has his style , and I can't come up with other names exactly , but they all have their own style , so you are learning .

Vince Kramer 26:26

You learn and if you're willing to take parts and pieces and find your way , that's how you're going to be most successful . What I did . It took me eight years and I'm still on my journey . I'm still growing , I'm still expanding , I'm still learning . But Mary and I did . We took the information that I learned from all these different places . I took all that information and put it together in one place with different ways to do everything , so you can find your way and you don't have to go out and say does Joe Dispensa do this part for me ? Does Jack Camfield do this part for me ?

Vince Kramer 27:04

When you're ready to awaken and you're ready to step into it , pay attention , because there's going to be messages and promptings to help you find those people that can help you grow and expand into who you are . But the first thing you need to do is you've got to find those three parts of your purpose so you understand why life has been what it has up to now . And one of the most exciting things , the third part of your purpose we call your divine intent , the reason you chose to come to earth , the difference that you're meant to make . And as soon as you uncover that , I can take you back through every part of your life and show you where you've been living your purpose all along . That's huge .

Daniela SM 27:47

Tell me what happened with you . So you have to come this spiritual person , but when did you switch from being a pilot to do all these that you're doing now ?

Vince Kramer 27:57

I started building the programs right around 2014 and I was still on my journey of learning and growing . So as I learned something , I started building an exercise to help others do similar things to what I was learning . So I started the journey of building the programs and the business about 2014 . 2018 , we put the programs together . We delivered our first program in 2019 . The whole time I was flying and developing programs and speaking and channeling . And where could I find a coach to help me learn how to build a business ? Where could I find a coach to help me understand marketing ? And it's just been a process along the way . But we've been fully into providing workshop , seminars and programs for people since 2019 . And then I officially retired in June of this year .

Exploring Purpose, Love, and Community

Daniela SM 29:06

Okay , and how was that feeling ?

Vince Kramer 29:08

Oh , I miss it so badly . Yes , I do , I miss it so badly . My desire is that I have an opportunity to attract enough people into my life who want to learn their purpose , want to grow , want Mary and Miles help on the journey , that we can go out and rent an airplane when we went and go fly , whenever I want to go fly .

Daniela SM 29:33

But , vince , do you think that at the end or goal in life , a purpose is to be this holistic person that just want to share love ?

Vince Kramer 29:43

Yes , I think we're here to be and share love and make the difference that we're meant to make . So I believe that the difference that you're here to make is like a big piece in the puzzle and when you start fully living the difference that you're meant to make , you're going to attract people who are looking for what you have to offer . When you start sharing that , you put your piece in the puzzle and then all these people who are being attracted to what you have to share in the way that you have to share it , because we all are completely unique then their puzzle pieces fit around yours and then they start sharing who they are and people , then other pieces fit in and that's where we're going to move from this , I mind , consciousness to the we and ours and taking care of each other .

Daniela SM 30:39

Yes , the lack of community that we have , especially in North America , so you think that's going to change .

Vince Kramer 30:47

I do , I do , and that's one of the reasons that Mary and I chose to start a business with a community around it because it's hard to find like-minded , like-hearted people . And when I say like-minded , like-hearted , I'm not saying people that believe exactly what you believe , but I mean people who want to grow , want to expand , want to share , want to find the goodness that we're truly here to experience , and they're willing to tell you you're off track , vince , you're not living your purpose , or I don't quite agree with what you're saying , but let's talk about it and let's find out how we can support each other . That's what I mean by like-minded , like-hearted .

Daniela SM 31:35

Yes , that's a good explanation . I have to share with you that . You know , I feel like I've been here for 27 years . I always like to travel , but , you know , being here , raising a family , so but I feel like there's something much better coming , and I don't know what it is , which you know is very uncertain and not necessarily good for half of the brain .

Daniela SM 31:56

I have this belief that it's just going to be better somewhere else , and you know . But then I keep hearing well , you know , the grass is no greener , which I also know the grass is no greener . But I just feel that there is something better , and it's mostly what I'm looking is community , a sense of having people around you . That exactly . Yeah , I don't want people to think like me , that will be really boring , but you know a general that you can learn from them , because I love growing and learning , but not necessarily , you know , I don't know like , no , not necessarily thinking like you , because then you don't then you don't grow , and I don't want to be the teacher you know , I don't want to be like people learning from me , and then how do I grow , which I don't know if that's a selfish thing , but I always thought like that .

Vince Kramer 32:48

A couple of things you said there that I think it's really important for the listeners to hear One you're having a calling . You know you're being called somewhere else . So we all have these callings and we need to listen to them . And once we have the callings , now start watching for messages , promptings , to show you , or to at least give you an idea . You know , when you walk through the supermarket and there's a story on I'll just use Spain there's a story on Spain .

Vince Kramer 33:27

Three times in a row , when you go to the grocery store , it's like whoa , wait a minute , maybe there's a message here for me . Or you go to the doctor's office and somebody says people are more empowered and they're healthier when they go to the places that they feel best . If you hear that at the doctor's office , it's like whoa , there's a message here for me . And start paying attention to those , because we're constantly getting messages , we're constantly getting promptings . We just want to think , oh , it's just coincidence , or maybe that was just a mistake . But quantum physics tells us there are no mistakes or coincidences in life None .

Daniela SM 34:12

So yes , you said you have an energetic attraction with Mary . I wanted you to explain what you said , the difference between energetic attraction and doing the other attraction that you could have with somebody else .

Vince Kramer 34:25

Well , I think everything's energetically attractions . But the energetic attraction that I had with Mary was I was in a pool in Cabo San Lucas and she walked up when I looked at her . It wasn't a physical attraction , it wasn't oh , I've got to be with this lady . The energy that I felt between us was I know her and I know everything about her . There's some reason that we're supposed to be together . I had that kind of attraction with her that I couldn't explain . I understand what it's like to look at somebody and find them physically attractive and it was like whoa drawn to them or you're emotionally attracted to them because of how they're acting . But this was complete Energy and I couldn't . I didn't understand it , I couldn't explain it , so I stayed away from her . I actually met Mary 10 years before .

Vince Kramer 35:30

This Guy suggested that Mary and I get together so she could help me understand what was going on in our divorce . I met her 10 years earlier and had that connection and did everything my power to stay away from her . So I think we have soul agreements and I think we have soulmates and I think that we have these energetic matches to help us on our journey in life . We have when we come into connection with these people , and it doesn't have to be somebody that's going to be your spouse , doesn't even have to be somebody to be your friend . But when you have an energetic connection , where there's a connection that you can't understand , I really suggest that people pursue it to find out why you're in each other's life and it might be for just a minute , a day , a season or a lifetime , but but pursue why those people are there , because I am almost positive that if you feel that it's some kind of soul agreement and you're here to help each other move along this path that we're moving on , Thank you .
