Is Quiet Quitting the New Workplace Phenomenon?
If we have learned anything about workplace culture from the pandemic, it’s that things are constantly changing. One of those changes, coined as “quiet quitting,” can generally be described as the practice of an employee disengaging from the workplace by only performing the bare minimum job requirements—think Stanley from The Office.
