The Bardcast: "It's Shakespeare, You Dick!"

Sonnet Shakespeare

Season 2 Episode 51

We would bet that almost any human probably knows arguably the most famous line from all of Shakespeare's sonnets - "Shall I compare thee to a summer's day?"

But there are SO MANY MORE!!!!!! 153 more, to be precise.  So we decided to ask about 20 or so of our most beloved artist friends to pick a sonnet to speak and speak about on the podcast.  We're going to take our time with this one, making it an ongoing series.

In today's episode, we (Owen, doing Sonnet 30, and Lisa Ann, doing Sonnet 23) are joined by our dear friends (already friends of the pod!!) Patrick Lawlor, doing Sonnet 60, and Keith Howard, doing Sonnet 66.

It's all in there, friends - every emotion you can imagine. Join us as we embark on this sonnetic  journey!!!
