We often need to go BELOW the emotional "top line" eg "I'm sad" "I'm angry" to learn what we're really feeling and to make sure our responses are helpful to us.  for example, if you say "I'm tired" but the truth is you're "tired of feeling second best" or "tired of people dumping on you"...then "getting more sleep is NOT going to help.  This podcast explores what lies beneath and how we can access it.
