Longtime team member Abbie Gordon and her daughter Julianne Silva join us to chat about their journeys to Graniterock.
Abbie talks about her work as an accounts payable manager and Julianne shares a little about what it's like to work at the Wilson Quarry'.

INGREDIENTS

UNITS: US

• 6 cups  flour
• 3(1 ounce) packages yeast
• 1⁄2cup  sugar
• 8 eggs, beaten room temperature 
• 2 cups  milk, warmed 
• 1⁄4lb  butter, melted (1 stick butter)
• 1⁄2teaspoon  salt

DIRECTIONS

• Mix all ingredients together with hands for 5 minutes until dough is smooth.
• Let rise 1 hour.
• Pull off various size pieces and fry in hot oil.
• Drain on towels and sprinkle with sugar.
