Currently Bupa Global and UK Strategy Director, Kieran was previously an Associate Partner at McKinsey. Before moving into Consulting, he had an international sporting career spanning 10+ years and is an Olympic Gold Medallist, winning the Rowing Men’s eights at the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
