Learning how to play with perspective is a key tool for more effectively noticing and addressing potentially oppressive moments of yourself & others. In this episode, you'll be invited to play with "resisting the box" by "owning your truth". Struggling with shame around this? Practice nonjudgmental stance in the previous episode before returning here! Explore your relationship to identity, invalidation, and oppression coming away with:
