The latest buzzword in business performance seems to be Quiet Quitting.  

The DISCy Chicks did their research to see if this was really a thing.  Quiet Quitting seems a lot like an employee engagement issue, so we went straight to the experts at Gallup to see what they say.

Employees who are not engaged mentally or psychologically with their work, and just doing only what is required of their job. This should be raising great concern for leaders of any business! There is another category called actively disengaged. It's those employees that are very verbal about their discontent and spreading their misery with their co-workers, which is 18% of employees.
