Oh mighty Like Amaro, Close enough. Did we get you from a bowling convention?

Speaker 2:

I got two hands man Okay.

Speaker 1:

What is it that you do in real estate?

Speaker 2:

That's a good question. I don't really know. No, I help hardworking families achieve homeownership. When banks tell them no, I provide lending private lending.

Speaker 1:

Private. You provide private lending. How private?

Speaker 2:

How private do you want it to be? To be, it's not sexual, okay, just checking.

Speaker 1:

Okay, so what's the non bullshit answer? What is it that you actually do?

Speaker 2:

Creative deal structuring. Creative deal structuring.

Speaker 1:

So you're like Pace Morby, did you learn from?

Speaker 2:

Pace Morby. No, pace probably learned it from me. Just saying Pace knows this, he'll tell it to you. Man, do we need to call?

Speaker 1:

him. I never saw you walk around with the peace sign on your hat.

Speaker 2:

You guys got to understand that's on a need-to-know basis, obviously. If you didn't know, then you didn't need.

Speaker 1:

Pace Morby created finance.

Speaker 2:

Peace.

Speaker 1:

That's correct you didn't even know what sub two was until this.

Speaker 2:

Morby no, or sub three or sub 77.

Speaker 1:

So you sell or finance.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, we buy creatively and we sell it creatively.

Speaker 1:

So you finance sellers, we finance Actually human beings, we finance.

Speaker 2:

You traffic people, we traffic people. Yes, no, we do not traffic people. Come on man, oh Golly.

Speaker 1:

You thought you'd get in trouble with the FTC.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, no, Somebody else has already got 99 problems and Homeland.

Speaker 1:

Security is one of them. Just wait until the FBI sees this video. I'll send it to them. Disrespecting the godfather of creative finance like Pace and Morgan. Oh my goodness, did you even know what an ovation was until last year?

Speaker 2:

Know who? Yeah, I don't know who. You probably learned that from Eric Brewer, didn't you, eric, who A lot of who's?

Speaker 1:

in here, yeah, so how many deals have you done?

Speaker 2:

Can you define deals, because I want to make sure we're talking about.

Speaker 1:

How many transactions have you been involved in?

Speaker 2:

I stopped counting at about 1,500. You stopped counting. I stopped counting because it no longer was relevant. No longer was relevant.

Speaker 1:

Are you older than Ron Legrand?

Speaker 2:

No. Close though, are you sure, pretty sure I'm not taller than me either.

Speaker 1:

So you stopped counting. Is he coming in here, is he?

Speaker 2:

coming in next. I want to see you pull this off.

Ron refused to do this because he's an important person, unlike you. Okay, well, on that note, you've done a lot of deals.
