Yep. So novations? What is a novation?

A novation is a property you get on a contract. It's like wholesaling on the MLS to you know.

to simplify it, just wholesale on the MLS. Do you ever wholesale your VAs?

I had other people on here and when I asked them that question, they couldn't even tell me one thing. It's a tough life. Yeah, wow, is that your greatest achievement in life?

Having my kids, obviously, is a little greater than winning a national championship.
