Dr. Nina Rios-Doria, PhD, is a Mental Performance Coach, Licensed Professional Counselor, Speaker, and Author. She is a certified coach through the Executive Professional Coaching program at UT Dallas' Naveen Jindal School of Management. She has been a Licensed Counselor for over 17 years, including mental performance coaching, working with sports teams and athletes. Shannon Brazzell is the former executive director of LaDainian Tomlinson’s Touching Lives Foundation, and a successful entrepreneur. Brazzell played football for Texas Christian University in the late 90’s, including being voted first-team all conference linebacker on their nationally ranked 10-1 squad his senior year.
