Today, Chad is a published author, motivational speaker, real estate professional, investor and philanthropist...  And, Chad is the latest guest on our Leadership America Podcast.  

In this interview you’ll hear some timely inspiration, as he shares his experience through the pandemic (the impact of his family), personal stories of he and his teammates (how empathy played a role), the importance of a growth mindset (as opposed to a fixed mindset) and, sharing some insightful parenting advice (failure can be a good thing when it comes to your child).
