#214: The Dark Ages of Diabetes Management - Frederike Ritsema Van Eck
In today's episode, I sit down with Frederike T1D and Diabetes coach. Frederike was diagnosed in 1979 at the age of four. This was such a fascinating conversation because it shows all of us who depend on technology how good we have it today. Frederike talked about how Diabetes was when she was growing up taking pig insulin and living a restrictive live with schedule eating of basic foods. Her story is living proof that there has never been a better time to be a Diabetic.
