Hi, my name is Rowena and I'm passionate about seeing women thrive and feel really happy and strong and confident in their lives. I know what it feels like to not feel these things. And also, I truly recognize the resilience, the self-compassion, the deep kindness it takes to nurture ourselves again and to create positive change from within. I absolutely love to see women re-energized inspired and gently daring to embrace ever more of who they truly are. And I'm so happy that many women have told me how they've been inspired and helped by the work that I offer and how this ripples out so beautifully into the world. I use my own experiences and my own creativity and we continually inspire and support each other in our encouragement and our celebration of.
