Why Failing is Actually Part of Succeeding (Plus, it's the 99th Episode & Julie Turns 40!!)

July 2024 means two things: Julie turns 40 aaaaand it's the 99th episode of The “Women with Cool Jobs” podcast!!!!!

I share about why FAILING is actually part of SUCCEEDING and how I'm going into a whole new decade (my 40s-- aaaaah!!) trying to embrace "the fun in failure," which is an epic reframe on failure from past podcast guest and charity auctioneer, Lydia Fenet.

Here are my reflections and why we should all be celebrating what we've tried that didn't work out more often, because at least we ACTUALLY DID THE THING! We were brave, courageous and got past the overwhelm,  the analyzing, the planning, the research, the fear, and we took action.
