Umber & Afsha
This podcast is a safe and inclusive space meant to encourage others to challenge cultural norms and break the stereotypes we’ve been boxed into. We discuss issues such as intersectional feminism, political and social justice, veganism, toxic monogamy, inequality, and our opinions on each topic in an effort to encourage you to question what we've all been taught. As South Asian women, this is our way of taking back power and shedding light on the difficulties of growing up bicultural and acknowledging the topics we were told were too “taboo” to talk about.

Episode 5
Today we decided to play a card game that is designed to build personal connections with people you don't know, or the people you're close to. There's no winning or losing in this one, and the aim is to uncover a deeper layer that you didn't even know about. Through sharing you connect, as you'll see in the video. We played Level 1 and Level 2, but ran out of time before we could play Level 3! Get the game and let us know what you think in the comments. Are you going to play it safe or allow yourself to be vulnerable?
