Our guest today Sarita Reddy, Ph.D., has dedicated her professional career to helping individuals with disabilities. 

She is currently the Executive Director at Adeo, a multi-faceted organization that supports people with disabilities helping them lead connected, interdependent lives. The services at Adeo include affordable and accessible housing, home health care and outpatient physical therapy, as well as highly individualized residential services for those with brain injuries.
