Learning to Embrace Hope, Gratitude, and Joy with HSP Graciela Moore

Today, certified life coach, mindset expert, and joy enthusiast, Graciela Moore, joins me on the podcast.
Graciela shares with us how she once noticed a pattern of having to wait for things to unfold in her life, and how this process of waiting made her feel angry or even desperate at times. In time though, she came to realize that in the waiting there’s the opportunity to embrace hope. And it’s been her mission ever since to share this experience of hope, gratitude, and joy with others.
Graciela also shares with us what it’s like to be an HSP (highly sensitive person), and that oftentimes HSPs are oftentimes labeled as “too sensitive, too dramatic, or too touchy.” But throughout this conversation, we learn how she’s taken this perceived “weakness” and turned it into an absolute strength.
