Career Pivots + Ending the Loneliness Epidemic w/ Caryn Werner

Season 1 Episode 14

In this playful episode, Sarah sits down with Caryn Werner, who went from being a world-traveling Humanitarian Photographer, to cofounder and creative director of a start up company (KOYA), to discuss her own journey of learning to pivot, adapt, and thrive in her career. Caryn talks about KOYA and it's mission to end the world's loneliness pandemic through promoting kindness and building "relational wealth".  She discusses her journey from confidence and competence to having a major case of "imposter syndrome" and the beauty of embracing being a lifelong learner who is free to ask questions and stay curious. Caryn shares about what it's like to work in a family venture and shares that the key to her success and growth has been in prioritizing transformation from the inside out.
