[PROCESS] Part 1/3. My Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant Journey from Full-Time to Part-Time
Part 1 of this first ever process episode was recorded in December of 2021. Everything was still so fresh as I openly shared my journey from giving anesthesia full time to part time. Because we are a close knit community of CAAs, students and other anesthesia providers, I feel safe releasing this episode in which I speak candidly about the money, the call structure and my true needs and fears.
