DABU (dei·byou) is an acronym as well as verb and noun. Here is a simplistic breaking down of "DABU" acronym.
We will be addressing various topics with the perspective of being:
"D - Diverse" individuals that have experienced
"A - Athletics"at a high level with a successful transition to
"B - Business World". That leads us to the fact that your potential is
“U – Unlimited” if you are willing to put in the work.
That’s the D-A-B-U…DABU!

Best of Season 1 - Part 2
We have had such a great experience bringing you the first season of the DäBU Podcast, and to commemorate its completion we are rounding up some highlights and stand-out moments. This episode is part two of our 'best of' compilation, and we have to admit, going through some of the conversations we have had has supplied us with many positive surprises! This whole journey has felt filled with magic and divine power, and we have received so much great feedback and responses to these episodes, we cannot wait to keep sharing them with you.
Through the clips we share in this recap episode, we ask the question, 'How long do we have to wait for your progress?' The signs of America's lingering history of racism and inequality are all around us, and it takes an actual willful ignorance to not accept these. We also posit that the most common modern presentation of the legacy of American racism comes in the form of apathy to the reality all around us.
So it is with all this in mind that we continue our mission to empower all the people of this country so that we can all contribute to better, more fair environments in which we can thrive. The terrible management of the US 'democracy' has gone on for far too long, and this podcast is just our way of starting more meaningful conversations to help push things forward. Here's to many more seasons for great content and conversations
