The cycle of life leaves us no choice but to be resilient.  There is a saying, what doesn’t kill you will make you stronger.  

Resilience is the ability to bounce back from setbacks.

 Many people struggle to cope when facing challenging situations because they are not mentally strong.  Some people do not understand and possess coping mechanism to keep you sustainable in self.

 Such people are prone to depression and other psychological problems.  Don’t try and control the challenge just roll with the outcome. If it’s not the outcome you are looking for it is the beginning of truth, experience and furthermore Roll with where you are going, where you are destined to go, who you are destined to be. Looking back, you can see your growth, where you came from, where you are not returning to.  Because you know better now.     The outcome is you, yourself and you again.  Your mentalism, your tenacity to fall down and rise.  


In This podcast we are breaking down one of the fundamentals of the 9 Pillars of Optimal Wellness (Resiliency)  

As a health coach my goal is to work with clients to improve health, vitality, and emotional well-being by engaging in behaviors that have been proven to improve health and prevent disease including weight loss, fitness, nutrition, stress coping, sleep, mind-body and positive psychology interventions.
