That episode was one of my favorite episodes I ever recorded with some of my dearest friends that I have gotten to spend some quality time with!
Adrian’s insane story includes a life of battling weight gain and obesity, being a contestant on the insanely popular and very controversial Biggest Loser television show. She also had health difficulties through giving birth to 5 babies, having weight loss surgery, suffering with multiple chronic conditions, and finally finding some healing with the carnivore diet.
I was so grateful to meet my new friend at the recent Hack Your Health Convention in Austin, TX!
