Y’all what an episode to come off of such a great wave of energy, it’s been an exhausting but fruitful set of events here in Milwaukee and we had the pleasure of being joined by my guy, my friend Kyle “White Kyle” Sondergaard. He gave MUCH needed insight on the issues still plaguing him and the trauma he endured as field artillery in the military. We spoke in PTSD, riding energy, finding groups of people with the same as you to benefit your mental health. This conversation went WAY longer than intended but we could’ve went for many more hours so this will be part 1 of a duel series.
